6. Subscription and Billing

XK ONE is offered as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you:

  • Authorize XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Agree that no refunds are provided for the active billing month
  • May upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Understand that changes may take effect in the next billing cycle

7. Free Trial

We may offer a limited free trial for new users. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the trial offering at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in XK ONE, including software, source code, branding, designs, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C. You may not:

  • Use our branding or logo without permission
  • Reproduce or modify any part of the platform
  • Claim ownership of any part of our content

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to XK ONE. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to improve XK ONE, you agree that:

  • We may use your feedback without compensation or obligation
  • We are under no obligation to implement any feedback

11. Promotions and Offers

From time to time, XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C may offer promotions, discounts, or contests. These will be governed by specific terms outlined at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to XK ONE but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C is not liable for interruptions in access or data loss.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity
  • Harmful conduct or abuse of the platform

Upon termination, your access will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. We may retain or delete your data according to our internal policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid in the two months preceding the claim

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XK Technologies & Solutions L.L.C, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prishtina, Kosovo for the resolution of any disputes.
