  • Photos and videos may be shared within the in-app chat feature
  • Used solely for communication purposes between users
  • Not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent
c) Location (Geolocation) Data
  • Collected during active attendance or work sessions, not only at check-in and check-out
  • May refresh approximately every 5 minutes while an employee is checked in
  • May be collected in the background if the user grants "Always" location permission
  • Stops when the active work session ends or the user clocks out
d) Device Information
  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash and performance logs

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Enable attendance tracking and location verification during active work sessions
  • Display schedules, tasks, announcements, events, and meetings
  • Process leave requests
  • Sync data with the XK One platform (xk-one.com)
  • Improve security and performance

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal or location data. Data may be shared only with your employer, trusted service providers, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable security measures, but no digital system is 100% secure.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for attendance records, organizational, or legal requirements.

c) Të Dhëna të Lokacionit
  • Mblidhen gjatë sesioneve aktive të pranisë ose punës, jo vetëm gjatë check-in dhe check-out
  • Mund të rifreskohen afërsisht çdo 5 minuta sa kohë që punonjësi është i check-in
  • Mund të mblidhen edhe në sfond nëse përdoruesi jep lejen e lokacionit "Always"
  • Ndalen kur përfundon sesioni aktiv i punës ose kur përdoruesi bën clock-out
